George Miller AO is an multi-award winning Australian film director, screenwriter and producer with a wide range of projects for cinema and television. He is best know for the Mad Max films but has also been involved in many others including Lorenzo’s Oil, Babe and Happy Feet. In 2006, George won the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature for Happy Feet (2006). He has been nominated for and won many other Australian and international awards.

His latest film is Mad Max: Fury Road which has been feted as one of the greatest action films of all time and won six out of the ten Academy Awards for which the film was nominated.
