Alice Campion (Jenny Crocker)

Jenny Crocker is one-quarter of the collaborative writing team known as Alice Campion, the pen name for a group of women (Jenny Crocker, Jane Richards, Jane St Vincent Welch and Denise Tart) who met in a book club and decided to challenge the idea that collaborative writing should be confined to screenwriting. The Alices have so far published two novels with Penguin Random House The Painted Sky (2015) for which they were joined by Maddy Oliver, and The Shifting Light (2017).

Jenny is a communications manager specialising in behaviour change campaigns for Government and NGOs. She began her career as a journalist and humour columnist. She has had a play, Hellfire, produced on the London fringe and written sketch comedy for radio and television. Jenny has written two non-fiction books, Free and Low-Cost Sydney (Choice Books) and a commissioned biography, William McIlrath: A Life.
