We regret to inform you that Kate Grenville is unfortunately unable to attend the Festival this year. However, we will still be discussing Kate’s work but from a different angle. We’re delighted to welcome the wonderful Stephen Luby, the producer of the television adaptation of The Secret River who will speak about the process of adapting the book and the importance of communicating the story of the relationship between indigenous Australians and first settlers to a large audience. We’re very grateful to Stephen for agreeing to speak.
